Dish Brush — White Bristle

Redecker dish brushes are one of those items no kitchen should be without. They are made of natural, renewable resources and are completely non-toxic.

The white brush has stiffer bristles and is excellent for scrubbing tough to clean plates and pots while the black brush is excellent for delicate glassware and regularly soiled dishes.

  • Head is removable so you can save the handle and reduce waste, replacement heads in both white and black available
  • 10" (25.4cm) length, 2.3" (5cm) head
  • Brush body made of beechwood and natural horsehair bristles
  • Metal parts are removable for eventual recycling, while the wood is compostable/biodegradable
  • Made in Germany

Care: the wood is 100% natural and can expand if left in water. For that reason, do not leave on the bottom of the sink, and hang to dry by the hook. It is normal for the metal hook and the brush attachment to become loose over time. You can extend the life by adding in the end of a wooden matchstick into the hole or just pressing it back in. It is also natural for some bristles to fall out at the beginning, this should reside once the loose fibers from manufacturing have fallen out. If treated with care the brush handle should last for a year or two (maybe even longer) and the bristles should get 6 months.
