The coffee is packaged into a paper bag in whole beans, make sure to transfer it over to something airtight as soon as you get home to maximize freshness.

Oaxaca Profundo (medium dark roast) Full-bodied with delicious rich flavours and low acidity.  

Three Roast Blend Fresher notes of the light roasts brighten and balance the deeper bitter chocolate and toffee character of the dark roasts. Together, they make the perfect cup to start your day.

Medium (espresso) Roast A northern Italian style, this medium roast develops richer cacao and caramel notes. The addition of some natural (ie. dried with the “cherry” intact) beans fills out the mid-palate with ripe and dried fruit flavours.

Rock Your Boat (dark roast) Lives up to its name. A bold coffee, rich in taste and aroma. A blend of dark, mi-noir, and medium roasted Mexican beans, bolstered by full bodied

Frankly Sumatra (medium-plus roast) is straight-up Sumatra beans from the Aceh province of Indonesia. Earthy, unexpected - a walk on the wild side. 

Dolce Vita (medium-plus roast) A lighter espresso with surprising sweetness reminiscent of toasted almonds - a Third Wave take on "the good life" combining central American and Asian coffees.

Morning Mantra (medium roast) is full flavoured, with low acidity and a smooth finish from southern Mexico. Tuned to start your morning off on the right note.

Toothless Shark (medium & dark blend decaf) Big flavour with no bite - a good choice for decaf espresso. The beans are CO2 or water processed (no toxic chemicals) to retain optimum flavour.
