• How are pads different from liners? Both feature edge-to-edge leak protection and a super comfortable wicking cotton top layer, but pads absorb 4X as much as liners do.
  
• Do they work for heavy periods? Yes, Aisle developed their pads to hold up to heavy flow. Just make sure you choose a pad with adequate coverage, and change as needed!
• How often do I need to change my pad? At least once a day, or about as often as you would change a disposable pad. You’ll get the hang of it with experience.
• How do I wash my pads? Aisle pads were designed to fit into your regular laundry routine. No need to soak - just give them a quick rinse in cool water, then wash and dry with your next load of laundry.
