A fully fair trade and organic green tea that is known as Mao Jian in Chinese meaning that it is a high quality, full leaf Orange Pekoe consisting of intact wiry leaves. The flavour is savoury exuding beautiful grassy and vegetal notes. This green tea is perfect for the everyday tea drinker who would like a fresh harvest green tea without the bitterness.
