Broda Clarity Masonry and Concrete Sealer

Broda Clarity Masonry and Concrete is a premium, water-borne, penetrating, film-forming, vapour-permeable, water-clear, non-ambering, acrylic sealer. With proper application, clarity will provide a clear seal with excellent clarity, UV stability, water repellency, mildew resistance, and durability. With low VOC, and low odour.

Coverage is 100-400 sq/ft per gallon, depending on the porosity of the stone it is being applied to.  2 - 3 coats recommended.
